2. Information we collect

We only collect the information we need to answer your requests and provide our services:

• Quote form: first name, last name, email, phone, address of the work, requested services, property type, approximate time of the last maintenance, optional message and display language.
• Direct communications: the information you share with us by phone, by email or on Facebook.
• Technical data: like any website, our host automatically records some technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) in security logs kept for a short period.

We do not collect any payment information through the website and never ask you for sensitive information.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your request and prepare your quote.
• To schedule and carry out the work, send you a reminder before our visit and send you the invoice.
• To contact you again for annual maintenance if you are a client. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. Your consent

By sending us a request, you consent to our using your information for the purposes described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the person in charge; we will then stop using it, subject to our legal obligations.

5. Cookies

Our website uses a single cookie, “NEXT_LOCALE”, which remembers your chosen language (French or English). It is deleted when you close your browser.

We do not use any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, or any technology that identifies, locates or profiles you. Our host may set a temporary technical cookie to protect the website against automated traffic.

6. Sharing with third parties

We only share your information with the service providers we need to run the website and answer your requests, and only to that extent:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting (United States).
• Resend — email delivery of requests sent through the form (United States).
• Google LLC — the business email account (Gmail) (United States).
• Situs Digital — website design and technical maintenance.

Some of these providers are located outside Québec, notably in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed there and is subject to local laws. These providers only use it to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

7. Retention

• Quote requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than 24 months after we receive them.
• Client information is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for the period required by tax laws (generally six years for accounting records).
• The host’s technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted automatically.

8. Security

The website is fully encrypted (HTTPS). Access to your information is limited to the team members who need it, and our accounts are password-protected. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and the people concerned, as required by law.

9. Your rights

At any time, you can:

• ask to access the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
• withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, subject to our legal obligations;
• get a copy of your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (www.cai.gouv.qc.ca) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (www.priv.gc.ca).

10. Minors

Our services are intended for property owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information about anyone under 14 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

11. Links to other websites

Our website contains links to other websites, such as Facebook, Google and Situs Digital. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page, and any significant change will be published here.
